About Restoring Minds Wellness

Restoring Minds Wellness began as a counseling service for clients coping with trauma and chronic illness. While serving our clients, we began to understand the mind-body connection and recognized the need for better holistic support to enable our clients to heal in mind, body, and spirit. We continue to expand our practice by adding services that will benefit our clients and allow them to become the person they want to become by achieving optimal health mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
